Put your own figures in and see what they come to. Every assumption we add on top is named on the page, and you can change any of it.
For teams where an enquiry is a sale waiting to happen — shops, agents, brokers, anyone selling through a conversation. Two leaks: enquiries that arrive when nobody is working, and enquiries that queue behind other enquiries at your busiest hour.

Open the calculator →There are exactly two sources. The first is what you type. The second is a short list of assumptions, printed on the page beside the result: that 30% of enquiries arriving out of hours go cold when nobody is answering; that 10% to 20% are lost waiting behind others at peak; and that an assistant handles 80% of genuinely repetitive contacts without a person. Each of those is a starting position we chose, and each one is an editable field.
Your figures are not sent anywhere while you type. The arithmetic runs in the page. Nothing is recorded unless you fill in the form at the end and send it to us.
They are not measurements. We have not observed your traffic, and none of these figures came from watching a Tephlo workspace. They are not a forecast, and they are not a quote: plan prices live on the pricing page and come from the published price book.
Above all they are not a promise of recovery. An assistant answers routine questions at hours and volumes you cannot staff, and what that recovers depends on your traffic, your content, and how much of a conversation your workspace lets it finish. Any calculator that tells you otherwise is selling you its own arithmetic.
Tell us your volumes and your channels and we will say which of these assumptions we think are wrong for your business.
