Partner programme

Bring us a business. Earn on what it pays.

Introduce a business to Tephlo and earn a share of what it actually pays us, for a set number of months, paid by bank transfer against a monthly statement. Nothing is owed until a statement is issued.

How it works

Three steps, and nothing owed until a statement says so.

A partner is a person or a company with a code. The businesses it brings are ordinary workspaces that pay us in the ordinary way; the partner is paid out of that, afterwards.

STEP 01

Register and get your code

Create a partner account in the partner portal and confirm your email. You are given a partner code and two share links: one to this site, one straight to the signup form.

STEP 02

Share your link

A business that signs up through your link, or types your code at signup, is attributed to you for a fixed window and has that window to make its first payment. A business that already pays us, or that arrived on a workspace’s own referral code, is not attributed.

STEP 03

Earn on what it pays

From its first payment, each settled payment that business makes during the commission period earns you a commission on its net cash. Each one is held for a refund period, then paid to your bank details against a monthly statement.

The terms

The programme, as published.

These figures are read from the programme terms an operator has published, not typed into this page. When no terms are live, nothing is attributed and nothing accrues.

The programme opens soon

The programme opens soon; leave your details and we’ll tell you. Nothing is attributed and nothing accrues until published terms are live, so there is no rate to quote yet.

Leave your details

Who it is for

People who already talk to businesses about their customers.

A partner is a person or a company, not a workspace. You do not need to be a customer, and you do not need a workspace of your own.

Consultants and agencies

You set up tools for businesses and get asked what to do about WhatsApp. Recommend Tephlo and stay their point of contact; the workspace is theirs, not yours.

Communities and trainers

You run a network, an association, a course or a marketplace where business owners already ask each other which tools work.

Anyone with one good introduction

A friend’s shop, a cousin’s salon, a client’s school. One business is enough to join; there is no quota and no tier to reach.

Two things the programme refuses on purpose. You cannot refer yourself: a signup using your own email is not attributed. And one programme per new business: a workspace that arrived on another workspace’s referral code earns that workspace its credit, and a partner’s commission never applies to the same business.

Questions

What partners ask before they join.

The short answers. The programme terms published with the rates above are the long ones.

Who can join?
A person or a company, not a workspace. You do not need to be a customer of ours. You register in the partner portal with an email address, confirm it, and accept the terms, privacy and acceptable-use policies shown at registration. Bank details for payout can be added later, before your first statement.
When is commission earned?
Only on money that has actually arrived. A business you bring is attributed to you at signup and has a fixed window to make its first payment. From that payment on, each settled payment it makes during the programme's commission period earns a commission on the net cash of that payment. A payment refunded before its hold ends earns nothing, and a business that never pays earns nothing.
How am I paid?
By bank transfer, against a monthly statement. Each commission is held for the programme's hold period and then becomes payable. Once a month a statement is issued for what is payable, and our team pays it manually to the bank details on your account. Nothing is owed until a statement is issued, and a statement below the programme's minimum rolls over to the next month.
Can a workspace also be a partner?
Not for the same business: one programme per new business. A workspace's own referral code earns that workspace invoice credit; a partner code earns a partner a cash commission. Whichever code a new business signs up with is the programme that counts for it, and the other never applies to that business. You may hold a workspace and a partner account, but a signup using your own email is refused as a self-referral.
